Many services and resources are now only available online. Carers Support Merton believes that no Carer should miss out on support because they don't have digital skills or access to the internet.

We can help if a lack of digital skills means that a Carer cannot access support, advice or guidance

We can provide Carers with short term, bespoke, one-to-one support from a trained staff member or a volunteer, if a Carer has difficulties:

  • Accessing support, information and guidance online from Carers Support Merton.
  • Finding information and advice on different conditions.
  • Communicating effectively with professionals.
  • Connecting with others caring for people with the same condition.

Support to obtain a device

There is support if a Carer doesn't have a device or an internet connection. Please contact us for more information.

Carers who are digitally excluded can borrow a device from their local Merton library. Find out more at Connecting Merton
