Managing someone else’s affairs

Many Carers find themselves frequently making every-day decisions for the person they care for and helping them manage their money or personal affairs.

Often the person you care for wants you to help them with their financial and property affairs and/or their health and welfare affairs.

It is important to make these arrangements formal and legal, especially if you feel the person’s mental capacity is deteriorating.
