Online and telephone wellbeing services for young people

Caring for someone can very rewarding, but it can also be really hard. As a Young Carer it is normal to sometimes feel sad, angry or guilty about your caring role.

The following support services might be able to help…

Kooth          

Kooth is an online service offering emotional and mental health support for children and young people aged 11 to 24.

Young Minds   

Young Minds has a fantastic website offering information about different conditions and great tips and tools to help children and young people to manage their mental health.

Off the Record

Off the Record provide online, text and telephone confidential counselling available for 11 to 25 year olds, plus self-help materials.

Every Mind Matters    

Every Mind Matters is an NHS website explaining how there are small things we can all do to help be kind to your mind, and these can make a big difference to how we feel. Get expert advice and practical tips to help you look after your mental wellbeing and make them part of your daily routine.

Stem4 – Supporting Teenage Mental Health and Addiction

Stem4 is a charity that supports positive mental health in teenagers. Mental health information, apps and education. It has a library of free digital apps, resources and information for young and their families.

The Mix

The Mix is a support service for young people under 25. The Mix provides online support groups and discussion boards, as well as one-to-one support.
