Will include some or all of the following:
Assist with the maintenance of project records and files, contacting clients regularly to update files/database. Inputting data into the CSM database Answering phones, take messages and assist with the  maintenance of the office diary Meeting and greeting clients attending CSM show them to correct person/place Assist with incoming and outgoing mail including CSM Mailings To undertake general office duties as requested.
Must have a willingness to engage with all members of a diverse community Must be willing to work within CSM policies, procedures and guidelines CSM will reimburse out of pocket expenses.
