Come learn Yoga from Punam, an accredited Hatha Yoga teacher ( RYA 500 hours ), Reiki Master, Mindfulness Facilitator and NLP Coach

Yoga is for everyone and every-body type. No previous knowledge is required and all levels are welcome.

Classes commence on Monday 17th September from 1.45pm to 3.00pm for a period of 8 weeks.

The following Yoga practices will be included in your classes 

1. Pranayama - Yoga breathing exercises for how to tap into your life force.

2. Asanas - Yoga postures include Sun Salutations, standing, sitting, balancing and lying down asanas with a special focus on lower back strengthening, core muscles toning, improving joint flexibility and restoring balance between mind, body and emotions.

3. Yoga Nidra/ Guided meditation for relaxation to end yoga session  

 Punam is a Wellness Coach and founder of Yoga Wellness Studio in Surrey. She has been an unpaid carer over 10 years looking after her 2 aged parents and believes in promoting health and wellbeing to the community through her skills. She worked over 20 years in a competitive corporate culture, where she hung in her boots and launched the wellbeing company in 2012. Today, she offers bespoke solutions to her clients respecting each individual's needs.

Punam believes Yoga is happiness and it is her vision to make Yoga accessible to everyone. She offers Kids Yoga, Adult Yoga and Yoga for the Elderly. Her weekly one to one Yoga is quite popular as is designed to individual needs. The weekly mixed ability Yoga Classes are designed with pranayama ( breathing techniques), asanas( positions) and dhyana( guided meditation). Students experience strengthening, toning, expansion and relaxation in each session. She runs week day and weekend workshops on Yoga, Reiki, Mindfulness, Chakra healing, Crystal healing, NLP & Time line therapy. There is something for everyone ! And for Punam, Yoga leads the way!!!

PLEASE NOTE:-

  • Classes are restricted to 15 students so please book ahead to secure your place.
  • We do not charge for classes but do ask for a voluntary contribution of £2.50 per class which is non-refundable.

  • PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS:-
  • Only eat a light lunch no later that 12.00pm before your class
  • Bring a small towel or cushion for your head
  • Yoga mats are provided but please do bring your own if able
  • If you are unable to attend a class please advise us asap in order we can offer you place to another carer.
