Coffee and Conversation

Our friendly coffee and conversation group is held the last Thursday of every month and is open to all carers and ex-carers.

Hosted via Zoom by  Marcella our Mental Health Carers Advisor it's a place to share your stories, seek advice and talk about anything you like!

We start the session with information and news from Carers Support Merton and other local agencies,  including the latest from our Community Covid-19 Champion Marcella , we then have some time for peer support and finish with a relaxing meditation session.
