Would you like to become more IT aware?

Do you find it difficult to get the most from technology and want a trustworthy person to offer independent advice and practical help?

Computers can help people to gain or regain their independence by shopping or banking online, it can prevent isolation as the internet can connect them via email and Skype to family and friends. It can be something relaxing and fun to do, with games to play or radio and TV programmes online. 

Come along to our 8 week course to learn basic computer and internet skills including:-

  • Complete an on-line form
  • Download files
  • Shop on Line
  • Use on-line Banking
  • E-Safety
  • Explore Heath Issues
  • Explore social media
  • Use Skype
  • Internet and emails

Please don't worry if you have little or no computer knowledge, others on the course will be a a similar stage of learning as you.

Laptops will be provided at the sessions or if you prefer you can bring along your own.
