While self isolation can be very difficult, with loads of us cut off from our friends and family, the internet gives us a great opportunity to keep in touch! Young Carers Connected! is a space for Merton's Young Carers to share their ideas, thoughts, feelings, artwork, stories etc...
Please send in any paintings, sketches, recipe ideas, book recommendations, poems... the list is endless!
We want to share what you've been doing!
To send stuff to us, please contact Joe on 07818 499 881, or email [email protected]
